1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j2l ("j2l," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j2l.club ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a j2l account, or using any service offered by j2l — including but not limited to the j2l Casino, Slot games, Bingo, Limbo, and Beach Volleyball betting — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with j2l's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use j2l, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. j2l strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of j2l, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from j2l or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion program that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

j2l reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of j2l, you must register an account via the j2l Login portal. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If j2l detects duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Keep your j2l Login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify j2l immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

j2l reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Know Your Customer (KYC): j2l may require you to submit identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

j2l supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are processed within the same business day.
• j2l does not accept deposits from credit cards or any cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit via prohibited methods will be rejected and refunded.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• j2l reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

j2l may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j2l reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms.
• j2l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on j2l — including j2l Casino table games, Slot games, Bingo, Limbo, and Beach Volleyball betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.

• j2l uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live games is final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, j2l reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
• j2l's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC). j2l is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. j2l will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j2l platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void.
• Money laundering or using j2l for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j2l staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any j2l software or systems.

8. Responsible Gaming

j2l is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools to help players maintain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all j2l account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from j2l. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the j2l Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, user interface designs, and the j2l brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of j2l or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any j2l content without prior written consent from j2l.
• The j2l name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of j2l. Unauthorised use of j2l trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to j2l may be used by j2l without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j2l and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform use.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data, provided j2l has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond j2l's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for sports betting markets.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j2l makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit j2l's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination

j2l reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At j2l's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination, any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or Terms violation is involved.

You may close your account at any time by contacting j2l support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12. Amendments

j2l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j2l will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. j2l recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the j2l Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. j2l operates in compliance with PAGCOR-regulated guidelines applicable to online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
